Listing With Us :: "Come Join the Green Revolution"

Welcome to the newly created Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX), "empowering earth friendly and humanity friendly businesses".

We bring together investors and issuers who are interested in small eco-friendly, socially responsible and sustainable businesses. If you are a small and emerging green company, you should consider our services. The exchange fosters “creative capitalism”, by not only generating wealth, but also benefiting society.

Companies seeking a listing are required to follow social and environmental guidelines set by the exchange. Since all companies listed on the exchange are pre-screened according to social and environmental guideline, this makes it easier for socially responsible investors to find green companies. Worldwide, it is estimated that so-called socially responsible investments (SRI) represent USD $3 trillion in assets.

The exchange is a “eBAY.COM AUCTION STYLED” online electronic bulletin board  and social network dedicated to Direct Public Offerings (“DPO”), Initial Public Offerings ("IPO") and to the secondary market trading of SEC exempted Regulation A, SB-1, SB-2, small company offering registration (SCOR) shares and carbon trading under the United States Securities Act of 1933.
The regulation provides for minimum listing requirements, and lower costs than a full initial public offering. You can buy and sell shares the same as on any other stock exchange.

The Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX) system allows for direct trading of shares between investors; it is similar to the way domain names are bought and sold. When a person subscribes for shares, they receive an account which allows them to view, manage, buy and sell their shares. There is a verification in place to check for the identity and to verify ownership of shares traded.

What is Unique About Listing With Us?

Besides matching investors who are genuinely interested in small eco-friendly, socially responsible and sustainable businesses, the Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX) is fully integrated with our grass roots green social network (like MYSPACE.COM & FACEBOOK.COM), called E=MC² Creative Friends Network.

Our social networking Green Community Platform allows millions of people and organizations to participate in the investment, creation, sales, manufacturing, promotion and distribution of greener products.

Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX) not only provides issuers with a dynamic market in which to raise capital, and enhanced liquidity, but also visibility, and puts you in touch with millions of potential consumers to help you develop and promote your green products.

Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX) provides you with the opportunity to gain a solid experience in the serving the public market.

No sale of shares may be made in any state unless pursuant to qualifications or an exemption from qualification, which also includes, Rule 254 of Regulation A, which allows an issuer to “test the waters” for a prospectus offering through a pre-offering solicitation of interest.
